Parent Council

Welcome to the homepage of the Rosshall Academy Parent Council




The PC meets every second Wednesday of each month ( excluding April) at 7pm all parents are welcome.
 If you are interested in joining the Parent Council or would just like to offer help or even just want to know what the PC does please come along.


We see the Schools Values as being very relevant and important to the work and activity of the PC.


Compassion: We aim to support the school with fundraising and with local charity events.

Integrity: The parent council will be open, honest and transparent in everything we do.


Perseverance: We strive to support the school, pupils and parents in every way we can and will make every effort to overcome difficulties that we may encounter in a positive manner.


Respect: We value and respect the contribution of all PC members, their views, the views of the school, pupils, parents and the local community.


Aspiration: We aspire to represent all parents and pupils at Rosshall Academy by supporting the work of the school, gathering and representing parents views, promoting contact between the school, parents, pupils and the local community, as well as taking opportunities to


Creativity:  We will utilise each individual parent's expertise to create and develop ideas to ensure that our fund raising events are fun, rewarding and most of all will benefit the school as a whole.

Can You Help Out?


The PC is often asked to assist on school outings and activities by providing chaperones. Without the necessary number of adults present, school outings can be at risk of cancellation so if you are willing to help out on occasion, please let us know.
